bloody day

we are now dying with bunch of bloody assignment. having a hard time like this but still sneak time to write. eceyh.. poyo gila statement.. ok, actually tak lah banyak mane.. aku rase sem 6 ni paling free skali. every weekend bole keluar. nak harap mase sem satu?? sem 2?? sem 3?? JANGAN HARAP..! dgn ber PBSM nye pagi pagi buta.. aku sampai sekarang tak paham apesal aku ambik PBSM dan masih perlu menghentak-hentak kaki pada pagi2 hari. ok, seriously macam budak sekolah. abaikanlah, tak de org nak tau pon. dan tak klakar pon.

tapi free2 pon keje tetap berlambak gak.

for lab advance assignment, we must make a poster regarding selected topic. and for my group, we got a topic about screening cancer gene using microarray.. a brief description bout microarray.

"A microarray is a sequence of dots of DNA, protein, or tissue arranged on an array for easy simultaneous analysis. The DNA microarray, which plays an integral role in gene expression profiling. The substrate material is glass, plastic, or a silicon chip. Alternative names for the DNA microarray includegene chip, DNA chip, and biochip."

ok, dok senang cita microarray ni adalah kaedah yg digunakan untuk membuat DNA sequence profile. contoh mcm kite pnye kulit la kan. secebis kilit kite ni sebenarnye terdiri dari beribu2 sequence of DNA. so, bila kita dah tau DNA sequence yg normal untuk kulit kita, boleh la kita cek DNA yg tak normal. that is how we can detect cancer by using microarray lah..
